The vision is to create a unique resource that enhances skills, increases knowledge, improves the effectiveness of interventions and delivers better outcomes. Having a dedicated knowledge-based resource that enables practitioners (field, residential, probation, education, etc) who are passionate about their work, want to make a difference and take charge of their own  professional development.

The reason for creating this independent resource is to drive innovation within the service.
It’s clear entrepreneurs create change and if we want to advance our profession, we need to follow their example. Although we use the term ‘innovate’, it’s more about catching up and developing what should have been available to practitioners years ago.
